did not come and Thomas de Welleslegh, who is the chief bailiff of the fief,
was ordered to make the assize to come and he did nothing therein, therefore he

day against Richard de Mayesmor, Thomas de Welleslegh and Walter le Bedel on a
plea wherefore they seised Alexander's beasts and unjustly detained them
