7/1/1282, Robert de Stafford acknowledges that he owes to Laurence de Sancto Mauro 44 marks; to be levied, in default of payment, of his lands and chattels in co. Derby. (S) CCRs.

1304, Geoffrey Salveyn sued Gundreda formerly wife of Robert de Stafford for causing waste and destruction in the houses, gardens … Statfold which she held for a term of years. (S) Coll’s Hist. of Staffordshire, V7, Pt2, 1886, P117.

1305, Gundreda formerly wife of Robert de Stafford appeard in court with a deed that she held in fee and not for term, that Geoffrey gave the Robert and herself. Geoffrey did not appear. (S) Coll’s Hist. of Staffordshire, V7, Pt2, 1886, P137.

Aft. 1305, Gundreda died.

ii. Ida de Stafford, born ? in England.

Ida married James de Ilketshall.

[Temp. E.II] Sir James de Ilketshall and James his son and Ida his wife. James and Ida grant the manor of Kelling, Norfolk, to Sir James for life, and Sir James to give them £9 yearly.

By 1216, James the son succeeded his father.

1322, Ida living.
