5/1/1308, Henry son of Henry de la Pomeray, Knight, and Amicia (30417881, his mother), dau. of Geoffrey de Camville, confirmed the grant made by his grandfather Henry, son of Henry de la Pomeray and Margery de Vernon, in the manor of Tale. They were license to entail the manors of Stokeley, Byrye, Harberton, etc., on himself and Johanna his wife, for life, with remainder to his sons Henry, William, Nicholas, John and Thomas, successively in tail male.

7/26/1313, Order to cause Henry de la Pomeray, son and heir of Henry de la Pomeray, tenant in chief of the late king, to have seisin of his father's lands, as he has proved his age before the said escheator and the king has taken his homage.

1338, Petition of Henry de le Pomeray … as kinsman and one of the heirs of Vautort he released all his right to the duke that he had in the manor and castle of Trematon and many fees in Cornwall and Devon for which he was granted by charter £40 to be taken annually at the Exchequer.
