William Aguillun had already made fine for the custody and marriage of Joan, the granddaughter and heiress of the said Henry, widow of Ralph le Parmentier, The sheriffs of Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Norfolk and Suffolk were ordered to deliver the lands of Henry and Ralph to William.
