1348, John de Hedon states that the king had granted him the marriage of Margaret, widow of Herbert de St Quintin, tenant in chief of the king in Holderness. However, after the death of Herbert, Margaret then married Roger Husee without licence. (S) UKNA.

8/4/1348, To the sheriff of York. Order to take Elizabeth and Lora, daughters and heirs of Herbert de Sancto Quintino, tenant in chief, minors whose marriage pertains to the king, and to deliver them to Roger de Bello Campo, to whom the king has granted their marriage. (S) CCRs.

5/1361, Margery died.

6/3/1361, IPM of Margery, late the wife of Roger Huse, or Husee. York: Brandesburton. The manor. Mapelton. Two parts of the manor. Both held jointly with Herbert de Sancto Quintino her first husband, now deceased, … The said Herbert and Margery have heirs of themselves Elizabeth and Lora, who survive. Margery died on Friday before Whitsunday last. The aforesaid Elizabeth, aged 20 years, married to John de Marmyon, knight, and Lora, aged 18 years and more, married to Robert de Grey, are her heirs.
