By 1332, John de Perham's son and heir John, a minor in the king’s ward, and brother of was Thomasia, died.

·         Early 1200s, William son of Adam held one fee in Charlton Adam. By 1249, he had been succeeded by his son William. 1258, William Fitz Adam sold his manor of Charlton Adam to Bruton priory for 120m.
