named in the will of John’s brother Richard.

1490, a monumental brass depicting Sir John
Culpeper and his wife placed in the church at Goudhurst. [Brass is next to that
of John Bedgebury, 1st husband of John’s mother.]

Alexander received the lands in Sussex and Essex.
