6/14/1429, due to nonpayment on a loan made by Thomas’ father, John Mavyell imprisoned: “Debtor: John Mavyell, otherwise called John Richardes, draper, of Bristol. Creditor: Thomas Young, formerly a merchant of Bristol, now deceased [his executors are: Joan Young, Thomas's widow, and Thomas Young, his son.]”. (S) UKNA.
